A vintage inspired Christmas lamp I created dripping in snowy glitter and available now on eBay.
A Stop in the Country for the Holiday
I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving. We dropped by the "ranch" in San Simeon, also known as William Randolph Heart's country home, Hearst Castle, for a tour or two. I will post some photos in the next day or so.
It boasts such opulence, with antiques from around the world! It was breathtaking AND decorated for the holidays, which put me in the mood to participate in the SpookyTimeJingles.com Naughty or Nice, we're listing twice event.
For the month of December, you'll find new Christmas listings on Dec. 1 AND the regular Dec. 13 update on the online gallery. Here's a peek at what I will be offering come Dec. 1, vintage inspired Santa and children image on an antique photo cabinet card, ready to be hung by double silk ribbon. Be sure to stop by and wander through the artists offerings, twice for December!
LOVELY new goodies Iva!
Hope your items will be a big hit @ STJ!
Have a great weekend.
XOXO

I love what I see so far..........from you for Christmas. I admire that you are stepping right into the season. I am dancing about, and need to get focused. I am still forever dreaming about Halloween. I will check back during December and see the spectacle of your Christmas art.

I love that you have created a lamp, Iva! How fun and different than the work we're seeing elsewhere! Really wonderful. I was in the Hearst Castle 25 years ago... isn't it amazing? One of the tour guides told us that there are so many secret areas that none of the guides even know every room or passageway that exists... wonder if that is true? The surfaces are incredible to see... very inspiring for your next project!
