The room was abuzz with creativity during my "Buzz About Beeswax" class, Saturday at My Daughter's Wish. With eight students, the class was full and after a short review on working with the organic adhesive, we quickly got to work on our fall beeswax collages. Didn't they all turn out great? Each student added different elements here and there and personalized each one. Thank you everyone for a fun morning!
One proud mom Helen looks on at her daughter, 10, who also took the class. This little one is a budding artist for sure!
I hope to return to MDW soon with another beeswax project.
I will be teaching a beeswax Christmas ornament class Wednesday, Dec. 3, from 4 pm - 7 pm, and Saturday, Dec. 6, at Tangerine Art Studio, in Dublin. You'll learn about the properties of beeswax and working with it in collage work. Then, we'll make four ornaments. Fun! The class is $45/student and you will need to bring a basic supply kit (scissors, dry adhesive, etc.) To register, call (925) 548-8447. Hope to see you there!
Iva, Class was so much fun and I'm so excited about using beeswax for future projects - in fact, I'm off to make my mini Christmas project. Again thanks and it was so nice to finally meet you.

Now, what is this about Sookie? Do we mean Sookie & Bill? Because if so, I am current myself and cannot wait (totally addicted) until Sunday to see more. If not, then ignore this ;)
